STUDENTS & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION We recognize that conference registration rates may not be affordable to all individuals and are happy to offer two ways for individuals to receive discounted access at just $100 per person to the 2025 Conference. Volunteers: We have a limited number of onsite volunteer positions available. All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 5 - Friday, March 7. Online registration and full payment must be completed by February 29. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice. Students: Registrants must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
