STUDENTS & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Volunteers: We have a limited number of onsite volunteer positions available. All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 5 - Friday, March 7. Online registration and full payment must be completed by February 25. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.

Students: Registrants must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Enrollment verification may be requested.

MNFEA Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by February 1, 2025 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person.
