STUDENTS & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
We recognize that conference registration rates may not be affordable to all individuals and are happy to offer two ways for individuals to receive discounted access at just $100 per person to the 2024 Conference.
Volunteers: We have a limited number of onsite volunteer positions available. All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 20 - Friday, March 22. Online registration and full payment must be completed by March 15. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.
Students: Registrants must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Enrollment verification may be requested.

NEW! Dine in the Dark Luncheon
We are proud to present this special presentation as a sideline event to kick off the 2024 Conference! As part of our focus on inclusivity in events, join us at Warehouse Winery on March 20 for a transformative sensory experience, and a delicious networking lunch with industry peers! This signature program, presented by Mark Valenziano, is a sensory awareness experiment that will be educational, fun, and memorable. In addition to giving a compelling glimpse into what it’s like to be blind, this Dine in the Dark Luncheon will get you out of your comfort zone as you attempt some hands-on tasks while enjoying lunch and conversations – all while blindfolded.
This event is not included in your registration & additional registration is required to attend.
Some of the best features of the annual conference are the nightly networking events, which provide opportunities to let loose and meet like-minded attendees while enjoying new experiences in the host city. Join us at these special events, which are included in your registration!
Wednesday Night Networking Event: Ice Bowling at The ROC
Join us for this pre-conference happy hour kick-off! A great opportunity to meet other attendees before sessions start, we'll be heading over to The ROC (Recreation Outdoor Center) to experience Ice Bowling! Bundle up for the game and some happy hour fun.
Thursday Night Soiree: A Minneapolis Venue Experience
After a full day of inspiring sessions, we'll be hitting the town! With our close proximity to Downtown Minneapolis, we'll be heading into the city to explore Target Field or The Orpheum Theater. This is your chance to see how these facilities navigate security, operations, waste management, production, and more. We'll close out the night with cocktails and connections in our final stop The Basement Bar in the North Loop.
After Hours Hospitality
If you've been to the conference before, you know the fun doesn't stop when the evening events are over! Our host hotel is positioned conveniently across the street from the West End shopping district, which offers a great opportunity for us to exit the hotel and explore Saint Louis Park businesses. This year, our nightly 'hospitality suite' will take place at the below locations. Join us for drinks and conversations to continue networking after hours!
