1 Day Registration - Thursday ONLY – $200.00
Registration provides access to sessions, meals and networking activities on Thursday, March 21 ONLY.
Standard Member Rate – $300.00
Standard Non-Member Rate – $350.00
Student – $100.00
Must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school and studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Verification may be requested.
Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.
Volunteer – $100.00
Registration code will be provided by volunteer coordinator.
Wednesday Ice Bowling Guest Ticket – $15.00
This ticket is for access to the Ice Bowling @ The ROC event on Wednesday, March 20. Guest must be accompanying a registered conference attendee.

STUDENTS & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Volunteers: We have a limited number of onsite volunteer positions available. All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 20 - Friday, March 22. Online registration and full payment must be completed by March 15. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.

Students: Registrants must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Enrollment verification may be requested.

MNFEA Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by February 1, 2024 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person.
