General Sponsorship/Exhibitor Policies:

All opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and online registration is complete. Acceptable forms of payment: Check or credit card. 

Sponsorship fees may not be split with others.

All opportunities are open to all those involved or support the industry. You do not need to be a member of MNFEA to participate.

The individual completing this sponsorship registration will automatically also be registered as a conference attendee. Please notify us if this registration needs to be transferred to someone else (i.e. - sponsorship registration is being completed by representative's admin, etc.)

Additional registrations beyond the allotted are available for members of your staff at a 20% discounted rate of current member pricing. Please contact us at info@mnfea.com for details.

Exhibitor spaces consist of a tabletop display. Pop-up banners, signage, accessories, and other décor items are permitted as long as they fit next to, behind, or in front of the assigned area.

Exhibitor space will be assigned by the conference committee.

Exhibitors will be provided with a standard power drop (extension cord and power strip). Additional exhibitor services such as monitors, high speed ethernet, etc. can be ordered directly with the Mayo Event Center and are at the exhibitor’s expense.
