The Minnesota Festivals & Events Association Conference
is heading to Mankato for 2023!

Conference registration fees include general sessions, breakout sessions, networking, included events, and most meals.

A LIMITED number of onsite volunteer positions are available at a discounted rate.
All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 29 - Friday, March 31. Online Registration and full payment must be completed as outlined below. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.
Register between October 5 – January 31: $100
Register between February 1 – March 1: $150
Student Volunteers must meet the above volunteer requirements and must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school and studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Verification may be requested.
Register between October 5 – January 31: $50
Register between February 1 – March 1: $75
MNFEA Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by February 1, 2023 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person.
