Join MNFEA members for an exclusive look Behind The Scenes at another marquee event: Twin Cities Pride Festival.
Twin Cities Pride brings the greater GLBT community together to commemorate our diverse heritage, foster inclusion, educate and create awareness of issues, and celebrate achievements in equality. We create events that are open and inviting to everyone in the community, providing a safe environment in which individuals feel free to celebrate their relationships.
Our tour will be hosted by Dot Belstler: the wizard behind the curtain of Pride, leading a team of volunteers and staff for this weekend-long event and fundraiser. We'll start our tour at Pride's Operations center near Willow & Grant Streets, see their incredible security HQ, tour their 'zones', and experience the set-up of The Beer Dabbler event that happens that night!
If you can't make the tour, you're still welcome to join us afterwards for drinks and networking at 4 Bells located at 1610 Harmon Place, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Cash bar is open to all. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION FOR THE POST-EVENT NETWORKING.
PARKING: We suggest parking in the MCTC parking garage at 1420 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. It's located across the street from the Basilica of St. Mary, about two blocks from Loring Park
MEETING LOCATION: We will meet at the park entrance located at the corner of Willow and Grant streets to start the tour.
