Premier winter hot air balloon and winter festival held the first full weekend in February in Hudson, WI. Hot air balloon launches, mass ascensions, Moon Glow along with Torchlight Parade, craft fair and marketplace, entertainment, smooshboarding, pancake breakfast, kites, music, bingo and more.
