  Mary Anderson, Owner, Anderson Race Management
Mary established ARM in 1996 and has served on numerous Boards including Minnesota Festival and Events, Minnesota Distance Running Association, Twin Cities Marathon, Girls on the Run and Minneapolis Park Board Foundation. ARM provides race management, timing, marketing and rental services for nearly 200 events each year. ARM specializes in running, biking, swimming and triathlon events throughout the Midwest.
  Debra Anthony, General Chairman, Defeat of Jesse James Days
Deb has been a committee member for the DJJD celebration for over 25 years. Deb is currently serving as the General Chairman of the celebration. She has also served as Treasurer for 8 years, Townsperson and Assistant Charitable Gambling Manager.
  Jim Bach, Director of Tent Operations, Apres Party and Tent Rental
Jim has been with Apres for over 29 years and has worn many hats including delivery driver, crew chief, warehouse manager and sales. Jim loves the challenge of the event business, from the smallest of events to those that can attract thousands of people. He enjoys working with a wide variety of people and loves seeing the rewarding accomplishments Apres can do to make events truly special.
  Dot Belstler, Executive Director, Twin Cities Pride
Specializing in community outreach, sponsorships, and volunteerism, Dot works with the board of directors, 25 year-round volunteer staff members, and 300+ event volunteers to create the largest annual free LGBTQ Pride celebration in the country. She holds an Masters in Public and Nonprofit Administration degree from Metropolitan State University and a BA degree from the University of Minnesota.
Kathleen Crandall, Know My Impact
Kathleen is a nationally-known expert in personal branding and the creator of the IMPACT Personal Brand Experience™, a powerful program and coaching curriculum that helps individuals and organizations achieve greater success through the power of people brands. Kathleen spent more than 20 years as a PR and advertising executive building corporate, product and service brands. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
  Randy Dewitz, CFM, CFEE, Founder and Owner of Fanfare Attractions, LLC
Randy has been providing management services for the festival and event industry for over 30 years. Fanfare provides operation management, event evaluation and analysis, development of key partners and suppliers, and access to a variety of resources for many festivals including Saint Paul Winter Carnival, Twin Cities Pride; Grand Old Day and more. Randy has served as the President of the MNFEA and has been a long standing member of IFEA.
  Wendy Famodu, Ziegler Power Systems
Supplies generator power, distribution, air conditioning, and heat for any event large or small. Events include the Basilica Block Party, 3M Championship, Twin Cities Pride and Uptown Art Festival. She can quote jobs that are turn-key, or do as little as needed to get the job done and fit the budget. She has been with Ziegler over 35 years and became a MNFEA Board member in early 2015 and is working on MNFEA growing membership!
  Kate Frye, Harriet Island Event Coordinator, City of St Paul
Kate is the Harriet Island Event Coordinator with the City of Saint Paul. She has worked in this position for 8 years and has been a member of the MN Festival and Events Association since 2011.  She coordinates approximately 200 weddings and private events a year along with a multitude of public events such as festivals, runs/walks, sporting events and concerts. She also works as the project manager for the Well’s Fargo WinterSkate rink in downtown Saint Paul.
  Stuart Glaser, Fire Chief, City of Stillwater
Stuart has been with the Stillwater Fire Department for over 30 years, the last thirteen of which he has served as fire chief. He has extensive emergency response experience through the fire service and as an emergency manager. As the Fire Chief of a tourist destination city with numerous special event activities, Chief Glaser has had extensive involvement and experience preparing for, responding to and recovering from large scale special events. Chief Glaser served most recently as an Operations Chief for SBLII for the City of Minneapolis.
  Andrea Graham, Senior Event and Brand Experience Manager, Surly
Andrea joined the Surly team in the beginning of 2015 with the opening of their Destination Brewery, bringing over 10 years of event experience from around the country to the table. Andrea and her team are responsible for booking everything from 8-person birthday parties to full-on blowouts--SurlyFest, Minnesota United Pre-Match Parties, and Festival Field concerts featuring national acts like Father John Misty and Spoon.
  Jon Iannazzo, Corporate Event Producer, Atmosphere Events
Jon has been in the corporate events industry for over 25 years, 11 of which as been with Atmosphere Events where he produces complete event solutions for a variety of clients. Atmosphere Events services include private and public events, corporate meetings, festival vendor and site operations, creative direction and branding and trade show design, production and management. Jon serves on the Minnesota Festival and Events Board of Directors.
  Junia Joseph-Benham, Event Producer, Rooted Creative 
Junia has more than 15 years of experience in event and production management. She began her career in television as a successful producer and production manager before transitioning to live events. Her company, Rooted Creative, provides comprehensive event production and management services from conception through execution, and operates locally, nationally, and internationally. Along with serving on the MNFEA Board, Junia is a member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners and the TwinWest Chamber.
Tory Kalousek, Social Media Strategist, Hubbard Interactive
With a background in Digital Marketing, Tory gets her kicks from figuring out how to take clients digital presence above and beyond. As a Google Analytics, Twitter Flight School and HubSpot Content Marketing certified professional, she sees the power that the digital world can have for a brand. With a double degree in Communications and Spanish from Iowa State University, Tory uses her “Iowa Nice” background to connect with people from all walks of life.
  Ashley Konz, Social Media Strategist , Hubbard Interactive
After completing a campaign for the Department of Homeland Security, Ashley saw the impact that social media can have when it comes to targeting audiences, predicting behavior, and having a message be heard. Ashley believes that the one thing that sets brands apart is how well they connect and engage with the people that they are trying to target and help. Ashley holds a BA in communication studies and international relations from Saint Cloud State University.

Wayne Kostroski, Founder, Taste of NFL; Co-Owner Cuisine Concepts
Wayne Kostroski, 2010 James Beard Humanitarian of the Year, is founder of the Taste of the NFL, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and dollars for hunger relief. Now entering its 28th year, the Taste of the NFL through its programs and events has distributed more than $26 million to food banks across America. Kostroski founded the Taste of the NFL in 1992 while serving as chair of the Restaurant Committee for the Super Bowl XXVI Task Force. 
A well-known Twin Cities' restaurateur, Kostroski is co-owner of Cuisine Concepts, a full-service consulting and management company offering specialized services to the hospitality industry. Since 1980 he has played an instrumental role in creating and developing several of the Twin Cities' premier dining establishments, including Pronto Ristorante, Figlio, Tejas, Goodfellow's, and Bar Abilene. Kostroski is also currently a co-owner of Franklin Street Bakery (FSB), a national wholesale bakery founded in 1990. The breads of FSB can be found in restaurants and hotels in over twenty states.

  Angela Mens-Eastman, Emergency Preparedness, Washington County, MN
Angela has coordinated over 2500 large events, including such large events as Irish Fair of Minnesota, Cirque du Soleil, Extreme Makeover Television Show and had a key role in the 2008 Republican National Convention. Angela recently served as a Deputy Operations Chief for the City of Minneapolis for Superbowl LII. She and her husband own Events by Eastman, Inc. an event planning and production company.
  Steve Madson, Owner, SRO Productions
Steve is the owner of SRO Productions, Inc., an event company with 45 years of music & entertainment experience in the Twin Cities. Steve purchased the company in 2004 from his former boss (the company’s founder) and placed a larger focus on event production & creation. Today, SRO provides production services for about 20 events annually in the Twin Cities.
  Evy Nerbonne, Co-Founder, Hudson Hot Air Affair
Evy is one of the co-founders of Hudson Hot Air Affair (celebrating 30 years in 2019) and the volunteer coordinator of Hudson’s St. Croix RiverFest. Hear how Hudson has cultivated unique audience experiences with hot air and gas balloon pilots and Native American cultural programming. RiverFest partners with Native American Tourism of Wisconsin for a day of Native singing and dancing, along with educational, cultural and heritage event components.


Tracy Nielsen, Executive Director, HandsOn Twin Cities
Tracy is devoted to helping all people achieve their potential and believes that every person can play a role in the betterment of their community – especially through the power of volunteerism. Prior to her current role, Tracy worked with United Way serving as CEO for United Way of Kenosha County. She received her Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and her Masters in Business Administration from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI.
  Jared Olson, Founder, Eelpout Festival 
Jared has been the organizer and promoter of the International Eelpout Festival on Leech Lake in Walker Mn for 8 yrs. Over this period, he has been able to grow the festival into a Minnesota tradition with over 10,000 visitors annually. The Eelpout festival has attracted national media attention over the years including the Jay Leno show, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, PBS and many more. In the summer months Jared works in the real estate field.
  Laura Preston, Activation Manager, Fulton Brewing
Laura has been going to, planning and throwing parties for most of her adult life. When the cops showed up to her 30th Birthday party and left with David Hasselhoff's on a stick, she knew she should do this professionally. Luckily for her, Fulton Brewing likes David Hasselhoff too and hired her to plan the smallest of fetes to the largest of block parties. Laura lives in Minneapolis, loves that Mortimers has live music now and doesn’t have any pets.
  Gary Range, Director of Sales and Marketing, Midwest Radio Rentals
Gary has been in the two-way radio communications industry for more than thirty-five years, over thirty of which were with Motorola Solutions, Inc. He has held responsibilities in sales, service, training and several management positions in both the U.S. and Canada. He’s received numerous corporate and industry awards for his engagement in events from the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles to the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul.
  Diana Rohlfsen, Special Event Sales Specialist, Biffs, Inc.
Diana specializes in assisting event planners to design their portable restroom plan, gathering the essential details and then communicating those details to Biffs’ logistics division. Diana’s long-term relationship with event planners is the favorite part of the job. Her goal is to make providing essential services like portable restrooms an effortless detail for the event planner. Prior to joining the Biffs, Diana was the volunteer coordinator at Pax Christi Church in Eden Prairie, MN.
  Deb Schaber, CEO, Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation
Deb has more than 12 years of sales, marketing and event planning experience. She is currently with the SPFHF where she plans Saint Paul Winter Carnival and Cinco de Mayo Saint Paul. Prior to that she was the Marketing and Communications Director at Mid-America Festivals (MN Renaissance) for 10 years. Deb also served as the Executive Director for the Shepherd's Harvest Festival at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
  Jenny Seabloom, Events and Outreach Coordinator, Sociable Cider Werks
Jenny manages events, charitable giving efforts, sponsorships and activations both at the taproom and throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota areas. Before this role, she was the development and events manager for ACE Scholarships in Denver, CO where she grew their annual event revenue by two million dollars. Jenny holds a bachelors degree from the Uof M. In her spare time she enjoys biking, camping, traveling and spending time with her dog and family.

Sara Soli, Director of Development, National Sports Center
Sara has nineteen years of media, marketing, event and sponsorship experience. Previous to the National Sports Center Foundation, Sara oversaw the marketing, events and digital teams at Greenspring Media, the producers of the Food & Wine Experience, Grillfest, Luxury Home Tour, Luxury Remodeling Tour and other consumer events. She has a strong background in working with partners to create highly effective and engaging packages that result in unique and memorable interactions with consumers.
  Meghann Southwick, Community & Events Manager , Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA)
Meghann is a native of the Rochester community and returned “home” in April 2016 after spending five years working and living in San Francisco. Prior to joining the RDA, she served as Events Manager for the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce. Her primary responsibility is to develop, manage, and market the RDA’s core event portfolio, which includes over 30 days of programming across nine events. Meghann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Concordia College.
  Kevin Stocks, Event Manager, Liquid 12 Festivals
Liquid 12 Festivals produces The Beer Dabbler and retail event, Rummage. In addition to self-produced events, Liquid 12 Festivals is contracted by local organizations to put on events in the community including WCCO's fundraiser "Pulling Together," a tug-of-war across the Mississippi River, as well as by local breweries such as Bad Weather Brewing and Sociable Ciderwerks. Kevin lives in St. Paul, is married with no kids or pets, and likes it like that.
  Tom Sullivan, President, Pro Events
Tom has been a driving force in massive public events for over 30 years including 14 NFL Super Bowls, 3 NFL Pro Bowls, NBC Olympics VIP Program and more. He served as Executive Director for Basilica Block Party in Minneapolis for 24 years. Tom is trained as an engineer and specializes in making things happen as planned with detailed up front planning. He is a lifelong cyclist and adventurer and enjoys helping with charitable events including the MN IRONMAN.
  Ruth Tambornino, Digital Brand Strategist, Hubbard Interactive
Ruth has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing. Ruth has worked with 100’s of clients locally and nationally, impacting their business in a positive way. Over the course of her career, Ruth has received several awards for sales and training. She is certified in Google AdWords and is currently completing her business degree at Saint Mary’s University. She is also on the Board of Directors for Alliance of Women in Media.
  Vince Vanella, Owner, TVG Events
Vince has worked in the environmental services industry for over 30 years; 25 of them with Waste Management where he held numerous positions in operations management and marketing. He has designed and implemented commercial, institutional, event, and residential waste and recycling programs. The waste industry has been “going green” for nearly 20 years and Vince has been at the forefront of this. TVG Events provide environmental and logistic services for events of all sizes in Minnesota.
  Stacy Wegner, Executive Director, Red Wing Collectors Society
In her role with the RWCS, she is responsible for their annual 3-day Convention held in Red Wing in July and their traveling MidWinter event in February. Prior to the RWCS, she was an exhibit sales manager with Firehouse Magazine. During her tenure there, both shows were recognized on the Trade Show Fast 50. She resides in Red Wing, MN with her family.
