• Annual Thursday Night Soirée – $2,000.00
  Fun evening celebrating Minnesota winters!
  Dog sledding, campfire, s'mores bar, horse drawn trolley and more! Don't worry...there is a warming house!
• Conference Session Sponsors – $600.00
  Present for 3-5 minutes before one of the conference sessions; speak or bring a video.
• General Sponsor – $100.00
• Hat Sponsor – $1,000.00
  With all the outdoor activities, everyone will need a hat! Attendees sport your logo on a hat at the conference and at other cold-weather events and outings the rest of the year.
• Hospitality Room – $1,000.00
  Comfortable room with bar and balcony for post-conference events and in-between relaxing.
• Portfolio Insert – $75.00
  Include a single brochure to insert into each attendee portfolio along with conference schedule.
• Portfolio Sponsor – $500.00
  Attendees carry your logo on the portfolio at the conference and the rest of the year.

  First official contact with attendees.
  Sponsor has approximately 15-20 minutes to address attendees.
• Thursday Night Dinner – $1,500.00
  Help at the Resort after the first day of sessions and before the annual Thursday Night Soirée.
• Vendor Booth – $350.00
  Promote your company before during and after the conference sessions. 8' table and two chairs.
• Wednesday Night Networking - Curling Club – $1,500.00
  A great place to make initial contact with attendees...and a lot of fun!
  Sponsor will have approximately 15-20 minutes to address attendees.
• Welcome Bag with Treats
  Logo on sponsor-provided welcome bags (small cooler for MNFEA welcome message, bottled water, chips, gum, etc.
